Melanie Morris is Director of two successful entities, namely Bookkeeping and Beyond, which provides out-sourced solutions for bookkeeping and virtual office services and Training and Beyond which delivers specialised accounting software training to Accountants and Bookkeepers.

These businesses have experienced excellent growth with Melanie working from the spare bedroom of her family home in March 2006 to 2 New Zealand branches and a Sydney branch based in Willoughby.

Over her 23 years working history, Melanie has enjoyed the challenges of various industries working in predominately, administrative, recruitment and General Managerial capacities.

Her roles have included:- Practice Management for a large Primary Medical Provider, Administrative Management in Tertiary Public Health, Travel, Construction, Manufacturing and considerable experience in HR recruitment for both temporary and permanent staff.

Unusually, Melanie launched the worm farming retail and education business in the South Island of New Zealand in the early 90’s. Melanie understands the invaluable opportunities provided at networking events to bounce ideas off other entrepreneurs and gain qualified connections.
