About Sharn Rayner
Sharn Rayner, Director of Pod Consulting and her team, work with small and medium sized businesses to improve employee performance, productivity and profitability through the implementation of successful and effective HR processes focusing on selection, retention and development.

Sharn has gained experience working in sports development and leisure management, coaching, facilitation and training within recruitment, organisational development roles and human resources.
