The postal service, like many industries faces the waves of change. Through dynamic leadership, innovative thinking & a flair for fun Sue takes us on that journey & how NZ Post have met these challenges head on.

Sue is responsible for managing the NZ Postal Network business - a $600 million business operating nationwide with more than 4,500 staff plus being mum to her 2 young boys, Wade (6) & Luke (8).
