Sculpt, frame and see for yourself – make-up definition is a snap.

Feeling bored with the same old dark smoky eye makeup that is continually worn by you and many others? Are you also tired of wearing the same natural eye makeup you do day in and day out? Here is your answer: a classic eye makeup that not only sculpts and frames your eye’s natural shape, but also works with any lipstick shade and the finished look is stunning, elegant, and beautiful.

A sculpted and framed eye creates a soft beauty, perfect for day wear yet with the ability to dazzle for a striking evening look.

The first step is to apply a matte base eyeshadow in a shade that matches your skin. Brush this lightly all over your eye right up into the brow bone. Sculpted and shapely eyebrows will work a treat with this look. Feel free to enhance your natural brow colour with a firm brow pencil, and use it with a feathered motion to draw in fine hairs.

The next step is to work with a palette of browns that complement your eye shade. Choose wisely and find three shades of brown: dark, medium and light. Start with the lightest shade and sweep over your eyelids. Next take the medium depth colour and use this to create a crease in your eye; follow your eyes’ natural shape and lightly brush over with brown and apply more and more until your eye crease becomes prominent. Lastly take the darkest brown shadow and with a fine-tipped brush sweep across your lash line top and bottom to define the eye. The liner works instantly to sculpt and frame eyes; it is strikingly effective.
Dress your eyes up with a strong lip shade such as a sheer Pre-Raphaelite orange lipstick or a matte fire-engine red lip colour. The subtle chocolate brown in the eye shadow will enhance and work with the warmth in the red and orange tones on the lips perfectly. Tie this in with a bronzer on your cheek bones to create a golden complexion. If you run the bronzer lightly underneath your cheek bones and gently brush around your hairline and then jaw line, this will contour your face which makes you look slender.

Be daring and try something new. A sculpted eye is the best way to complement a new outfit, a night on the town or a simple day makeup
that flatters.
